We specialize in work related injuries of the hand and wrist, arthritis reconstruction due to osteoarthritis (aging) and rheumatoid conditions of the hand and wrist, carpal tunnel syndrome and other nerve compression syndromes, traumatic injuries, congenital deformities, overuse syndromes, tendonitis and tumors of the hand.

The Kansas Hand Center provides convenient on site X-ray services and a comprehensive hand therapy department to better serve our hand patients.

For over twenty years in the Kansas City, MO/KS metropolitan and surrounding communities (as well as complex cases from the entire Midwest) the physicians at the Kansas Hand Center have provided the special care that work-related injuries require. We take pride in fairly and objectively addressing the concerns of the injured patient, the employer and the insurer.

Additionally, Dr. Moore and Dr. Gonzalez have completed hand surgery fellowships further sub-specializing in arthritis of the hand and wrist.

Dr. Moore’s hand fellowship concentrated on the surgical treatment of rheumatoid arthritis of the wrist, hand, thumb and fingers. Dr. Moore performs joint replacements for all of the joints of the fingers, thumb and wrist.
